Surf room designer Dean Miller wants to make over your bedroom!
With all this winter chill in the air, we thought it would be a great time to bring the beach
and the feelings of the tropics to your home.
Submit a photo of any bedroom in your house that you feel needs a make-over,
and the Dean Miller staff will select which entries we feel are most deserving
of a make-over to be selected as finalists, and then we will let the public
decide who gets to win the Surf Room make-over!
Any bedroom entry is encouraged, a messy room, an empty room, a new room,
a drab room, a funny or creative room, even if you have our brand of bedding already.
All entries are welcome!
The winner will get a complete room make over worth over $1200.00!

Dean Miller Surf Room Make-Over Official Rules
To enter, contestants must upload at least one photo and not more than 3 photos to the Dean Miller Hawaiian Bedding fan page.
Entries must be digital files and will only be accepted via Facebook upload.
Contest is open to amateurs and pros. Contest is open to anyone 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Dean Miller and any of Dean Miller’s legal subsidiaries and their immediate families, marketing affiliates, and 3rd party suppliers are not eligible to enter or win.
Contestants must post their photos between 12:00 AM Feburary 2, 2011, and March 15, 2011, at 11:59 PM ET.
A winner will be chosen by the public via electronic vote on Facebook between March 20, 2011 and March 31, 2011.

Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, grant of rights, and a publicity and liability release within 30 days of notification, or an alternate winner will be selected.
By entering and/or accepting a prize, contestants release and agree to hold harmless Dean Miller, Dean Miller Prints, LLC, Dean Miller Surf Bedding, Dean Miller Hawaiian Bedding and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest.
Minor retouching such as red-eye reduction, image contrast or cropping are permitted. Composite photos (those compiled via a photo editing program from more than one photo) are not acceptable and entrants may be required to sign an affidavit that the entry is a single, original photograph.
By entering this contest, you represent that your photographs are original and of your own creation, publication and web posting of the material will not violate the rights of any kind of any third party, and you have provided all necessary permissions and releases.
By entering this contest, you agree to allow Sponsor to use your name, city and state, voice and/or images in connection with publication and web posting of your tropical bedding entry and for promotional purposes (except where prohibited), without review, notification, or approval.
By entering this contest, you agree to abide by the rules of this contest and to accept the judges' decisions as final. Submission of an entry and/or acceptance of a prize grants Sponsor, and third parties authorized by Sponsor, the exclusive, perpetual right to publish, use, edit, adapt, modify, excerpt and/or copy the entry for any and all purposes in any and all media currently in existence or hereafter developed without further compensation to you.
Income, and other taxes (if any), on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. A form 1099 will be filed with the IRS.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the posting process, the operation of the website, www.deanmillerprints.com and the official Dean Miller Prints and Dean Miller Hawaiian Bedding Facebook page or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned due to, for example, infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. In no event will Sponsor be responsible for any damages or losses arising out of access to and use of the websites or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from said site. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. Contestants are to be able to engage with the campaign during the submission period by giving a thumbs up/down to the submissions. The thumbs up/down is designed for entertainment only, it is not voting to determine the winning submissions. Public can express preference for twenty submission(s) once per contest.
Dean Miller Beach Bedding requires a minimum of 10 persons entering the photo contest in order to select a winner. Winning product will be shipped to the winner via Fedex Ground or USPS, and will only be shipped to a continental US address. In the event an international, Hawaii or Alaska shipping address is provided by the winner, the winner will be responsible for product shipping charges to these destinations.
The name of the winner will appear on www.deanmillerprints.com and on the Dean Miller Hawaiian Bedding Facebook page on or around April 5, 2011.
